North Gaia EC Electronic application policies

1) Welcome to the electronic application website for North Gaia Executive Condominium.

 

2) Unlike private condominium launch, e-application is a mandatory procedure for buyers.

 

3) Data as provided in the e-application allows the Housing Development Board (HDB) and developer to assess the eligibility of buyers.

 

4) While e-application is a mandatory process, it does not cost you any money like you would in a HDB Build-to-Order (BTO) balloting exercise.

 

5) Should you decide not to proceed with booking of North Gaia EC after e-application, you are not bound by any penalty or restriction to book a next EC or BTO.

 

6) This e-application process may require 5-10 minutes of your time.

 

7) You would receive an acknowledgement email from us within a day of application.  It confirms your application and our staff will get in touch with you shortly.
